David Almond shows
Dave was born in Ormskirk Lancashire and grew up on the outskirts of Liverpool. He has lived in Chelmsford since 1970 teaching Spanish French and German at local Comprehensive schools. He served as a Local Councillor on the former Chelmsford District Council andis a Past President of the Chelmsford Mildmay Rotary Club. He has always enjoyed meeting and talking to people of all ages and life experiences. Joining CCR as a complete novice to help present the monthly Rotary Roundup has given him opportunity to take his roving microphone out and about talking to and interviewing the many and varied people who contribute to both Rotary and the local community.
